Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change in preference. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or missing item, we are happy to provide a replacement or issue a refund.
Eligibility for a Replacement or Refund:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting lydia.charm.co@gmail.com.
Damages, Defects, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
- There are missing items in your package.
Reporting Requirements:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing lydia.charm.co@gmail.com with your order details.
- Provide a clear unboxing video that includes
- The condition of the package upon arrival.
- The entire opening process and contents received.
Important: Claims submitted without an unboxing video or beyond the 48-hour timeframe may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

- Gift cards.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the evidence you provide, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
